Sever Construction breaks ground and ramps up major project milestones on a new industrial building located northeast of the Twin Cities 

Our construction team is excited to announce that we are well underway on major project milestones for a new production facility and warehouse building located in the northeast metro from the Twin Cities.

The building is planned for substantial completion by late August of 2021.

In just two weeks, we have completed the precast panel erection phase and the structural steel installation. Soon, our team will complete the metal deck and stoop foundations.
